Last updated 18 September 2026. These are the terms a brand accepts in the cørt partner portal. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you accept.
1. What we do
cørt lists and promotes the products you choose on cortclub.co.uk and across our content. We take the payment from the player, handle the shopfront and answer the customer.
2. What you do
You set your own prices. You keep your own stock. You pack and post each order to the player within 2 working days of us passing it to you, and you give us a tracking number.
3. What it costs
cørt keeps 20% of what a product sells for. There is no listing fee, no monthly fee and nothing to pay up front. The rest is yours and is paid to you on the statement we agree with you.
4. What gets listed
Nothing is listed unless you tick it and we approve it. You can pause or pull any product at any time, and it stops selling. We can also decline or pause a product, and we will tell you why.
5. Your shop and your data
When you connect your shop we only ever read it: products, photos, prices and stock levels. We never write to your shop, never change your listings and never place orders in it. You can disconnect at any time.
6. Stock and fulfilment
We do not hold your stock. Every brand starts by shipping its own orders, and that stays the case unless you ask us to change it. If you would rather cørt held and shipped your stock for you, ask us in the portal and we will set it up with you in writing first.
7. The product itself
You confirm you are entitled to sell what you list, that it is described accurately, and that it meets UK law for the goods you sell. Faults, recalls and warranty claims on your products remain yours.
8. Returns
Players buy from cørt, so we handle the conversation. Where a return is accepted, the item comes back to you and the commission on that sale is reversed.
9. Ending it
Either of us can end this at any time with no notice and no penalty. Orders already placed are honoured, and anything owed to you is still paid.
